SF/L – Roller kiln unloading.

The SF was designed and constructed for the transport of tiles leaving the kiln and the automatic feeding of any machine downstream.

SF is modular in conception, easy to use and maintain. The parts subject to wear are minimal and easy to replace.

There are three SF models:

1. SF/N consisting of:

• Tile roller conveyor with double drive
• Double pneumatic alignment barrier group
• Motorised lateral transport belt group

2. SF/L consisting of:

• Tile roller conveyor with double drive
• Double pneumatic alignment barrier group
• Pneumatic table group with one-directional transport belts

3. SF/2L consisting of:

• Tile transport roller conveyor with double drive
• Double pneumatic alignment barrier group
• Pneumatic table group with two-directional transport belts

Various models are available depending on tile formats to be handled.
