MCE/R – Loading machine for vertical roller dryers.

The MCE/R machine is designed and constructed to load tiles into a dryer with roller racks supplied automatically by the machine upstream.

The MCE/R is of modular design, offering simple operation and maintenance.  The minimal parts subject to wear and tear are easily replaceable.

The MCE/R machine consists of the following main units:

• Roller conveyor with rollers driven by independent geared motors
• Aligner (if installed)
• Supporting framework assembly in tubular steel elements.

Various versions are available depending on the size of the tiles to be processed.
